16 to 19 Study Programme Requirements

At Ark Academy Sixth Form all students study for Level 3 qualifications (either a BTEC Extended Diploma or A levels). In addition to their timetabled lessons, all students have four tutor periods a week where they are given tailored pastoral support and all sixth form students also spend an hour a week studying PSHE. This PSHE programme covers a wide range of topics from activism to healthy relationships. All students have the opportunity to study core maths in year 12 (unless they are already sitting maths A level). Furthermore, all students are offered a wealth of extra and super-curricular activities from sports clubs to debating and reading groups.

If you are eligible and would like to apply for the Bursary, please collect a form from the Sixth Form Administrator. A copy of which can be found below, for your information.
